Ana Paola has over 25 years of experience in the financial market. She worked for Citigroup and ING Bank in multiple segments, such as credit and operational risk management, corporate governance, business strategy, and change management. Corporate Management has always been one of the central pillars of her career. She has extensive experience in delivering change and strategic initiatives in multicultural environments. Ana Paola was a member of the CitiWomen Committee in Brazil and Latin America and a mentor of female talents in Citigroup, overseeing multiple institutional initiatives to promote gender equality. She holds a Business Administration degree by FGV – School of Business Administration, São Paulo, Brazil, with specialization courses in Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan Executive Education, and the Brazilian Institute for Corporate Governance (IBGC). Ana Paola is currently doing a Post-MBA in Corporate Governance, Advanced Boardroom Program for Women, at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios.
