In her professional trajectory in different international banks, Fernanda Bidutte focused on Mergers and Acquisitions and Relations Management (Corporate Banking) for local and global clients. During this time, she contributed with the design and implementation of essential solutions for her clients, such as structured funding alternatives, capital markets, and supply chain transformations. Throughout her career, she has taken part in the movement by several companies towards implementing ESG policies, developing green funding initiatives in both supply chains and capital markets (green bonds). Fernanda Bidutte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School (LBS).
