Hanne has over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, both for industrial and financial services businesses, working primarily for the General Electric Company in Europe, based in London and Oslo, as well as in the US based in California, Ohio, and New York. She drives financial strategy and capital allocation with her operating partners and has extensive experience in delivering change and strategic business initiatives across international teams. Hanne was the Chair of the Women in Finance network, and President of her Community Council, focused on improving diversity and inclusive work and living environments. Hanne holds a Master in Science from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen, Norway, as well as a Master in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
